Not Guilty - March 2008?????

In the May issue of the Rockbridge Advocate, there is half of a page titled "Not Guilty March 2008," followed by a long list of names. Does anybody have any idea what this is about? Of what are the people not guilty? Has the local paper taken to listing random innocents each month?

Given some of the names on the list, it's hard to believe it is entirely random. But with that rag, you never know.

Can't answer your question, but I am going to sue. My name was left off the list, and I am not guilty!

Maybe they did that because another local paper prints the list of people who are persumed guilty till proven innocent and never really follows up on it. They never publish the details just the charge and never the outcome.
