I was a bit disappointed with the outcome. I understand why it had to be that way but that doesn't lessen the disappointment.

Probably the most frustrating part of it is that no one in the department will be held criminally libel for the death of that child and the sexual molestation of the others. That is a travesty of justice. Under the circumstances.they are no less guilty than the parents of the dead child and the perpetrators of the abuse.

I think the Grand Jury didn't understand definition of Probable Cause. They had enough evidence to indict.

Do you have a link to the results?
Was this a Grand Jury (often said to be so compliant that "They'd indict a sandwich")?
What reasons are there for this being dropped?
