My Little Brother is Lost

Postby Crux » 2014 Dec 21 09:21

:dontknow: Where is your incite-filled image Little Bro? It didn't pop up and we are all waiting with anticipation or your non verbal communication and thought picture... :shakeh: You kind of remind me of a broken character from the Wizard of OZ. I know you have a brain, and a heart, and some knowledge but why you are so unhelpful here on the forum, so non-communicative, so LOST is a mystery...

If you weren't my own flesh and blood. :shakeh: Merry Christmas anyway and make sure Hates-Red-Necks helps Auntie Nudge
by at LEAST clearing the table and washing some dishes or something, the poor woman. I know you will do your part (hint hint).

No. Just shallow. Not well thought out. Unprincipled and overtly biased I would say Bro... We all have the same challenges so take heart.

:pat: I DO HAVE HOPE though for you. Just slow down, and be willing to look squarely at human nature. A little self examination helps too.

This is great. Me and my friends are raking it in, worldwide, and it looks like it's only getting better and better.

Richest 1% Is Likely to Control Half of Global Wealth by 2016

I love how the suckers keep voting in our puppets, just because they call themselves "conservatives." We depend on them on to keep my gravy train rolling, and paying so that I can keep my fifth house, third ski chalet, and second yacht. The suckers pay the taxes, and I pay almost nothing ... love it!

Then there are facts. There is no lack of rich, wealthy, politically influential and connected Democrats. BILLIONAIRES. :sleepy:

Of course there are democrat billionaires.

The difference between a democratic billionaire and a republican billionaire is, however, striking.

Democrats with shameless amounts of money are willing to financially back policy that keeps their playground and their populace clean and well maintained.

Republican billionaires don't give a rats ass as long as they get to keep the money and rule the playground.

Wealth is finite. This is evident by a glance at the old checkbook. If the wealth of the upper 1% spirals upward, it has to come from somewhere. It doesn't just breed.
Walmart doesn't make money off the 1%. It comes from the mass of low level consumers who not only support the excessive wealth of Sam's legacy, but also have to pay for the bumpy roads they travel on and the shaky bridges they cross to get there....because the upper crust doesn't want to and there is no alternative.

Democrat billionaires want their pets to be well fed and to sleep at the foot of the bed. Republicans are content to chain them to a tree in the back yard and tell them to catch squirrels.

Coondog :upset:

Squirrels are getting scarce 'round here.

The Republican myth of Ronald Reagan often bears little resemblance to the actual person. Not everything he did and said was nuts.

Rush Limbaugh sponsors to boycott. Many of these are scam artists whose business model is to cheat the customer. In any event, hit the sexist racist where it hurts, his revenue stream:

  • Lifelock
  • iHeart Radio
  • 1800flowers
  • Stamps.com
  • Visiting Angels
  • ProFlowers
  • Hillsdale College
  • Lear Capital
  • PajamaGram
  • IDrive

Look you whiner, boycotts only really work well when you boycott companies you actually USE.
Leftists and their anger and their hate and their stupid BOYCOTTS!!! Sorry Amy. Had to say it...

Taxes. Spending. Government.

Thank you Democrats. We are adding almost 10,000 IRS employees. If Congress funds it. Find the source yourself if you even care....

"The 11.29 percent increase in the IRS workforce would bring it to a total of 91,486, compared to its current 81,279 employee workforce, if Congress approves it as requested."

DISGUSTING broken and dangerous.

Thank you, Stephen King.

And there it is. Republicans are assholes. I am so tired of this place. AO. You are a mind numbing bigot.

AO, I actually feel bad for you. You are so lost. I wish you and you Stonewall well. Enjoy your Forum...

Taxes are what we pay for civilized society …
— Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.

It's how we tax and what we do with those taxes that matter, but it's not in the interest of most of our polticians to delve too deeply into these things in public view.

My Hero ... Elizabeth Warren

Postby Wise One » 2016 Sep 20 16:40

Here is one of her best appearances, grilling the CEO of the criminal enterprise Wells Fargo.

It is a wonderful display of courage, integrity, a zeal for public service, and the best communications skills in the Senate.

If only we could get criminals in suits to face the same cruel justice that small-time offenders face, multiplied by the number of dollars they scam.

Elizabeth Warren is a very capable speaker and Pol. Her main problem is the whole Cherokee Fable.

I agree but remember Corzine? Please note that corruption, like the CGI that only ponies up 5.7% of it's money for charity, is a HUMAN issue.
